Very happy with the end result of our remodeling projrct. We got the front porch, deck, and 2 fence projects done and it was completed within the week. The majority of people we worked with were very professional and took the time to make sure they delivered a high quality product. 1. Sales rep/planning - having worked in blue collar jobs before, I was very pleased with how out sales representative approached everything. We never felt pressured to go one way or the other, our wants and needs were respected, and our rep worked with us to find the best deal to fit within our price range. 2. Permit process - the next step was having another employee come out and draw up the official plans and dimensions of our 4 projects. He was quick, professional, and walked us through the guidelines and permit. Once they submitted the permit, it took another 4-6 weeks to get everything set-up, planned, and finalized. 3. Construction/installation - we had 5 different Construction employees come out over a 5.5 day installation process. The two guys who did the majority of work on our deck and front porch were great to work with and very flexible with our home circumstances. They didn't leave a big mess, played great music, and left us a beautiful product to be proud of. On the final walk through, they made sure to go through everything and were able to answer all of my questions and made sure to assist in any final touches. Overall, this remodel and massive project just brought up my curb appeal a lot and now my family can safely enjoy our deck. This has been a project we've been waiting to get done for 7 years and I am very grateful and thankful we went through Revamp.

They came out and gave me a quote within 25 minutes of arriving. I feel like I got a great deal, and they’re going to be here within the next couple of weeks. I think that’s pretty fast considering they custom-make the fence for my house. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience so far! Plus a life time warranty for my fence!!

Our 15 year old wooden front porch and back deck were in desperate need of replacing. They were falling apart and the wood was rotting in a couple of sections on both. I called a company called ReVamp. A guy came out and gave us an estimate on composite decking. They have composite and vinyl. We decided to go ahead with replacing our front porch and deck with the composite. It's a little cheaper than the vinyl. We set up a date and time for them to come start the job. They showed up promptly and got the job done in three days. The three guys that did the job were courteous and professional. It looks very nice, is very sturdy, and it's well made. I know it will last for a long time. We get compliments on it from neighbors and even strangers taking walks in the neighborhood! We love it! I highly recommend ReVamp!

I had a great experience with Revamp Fence and Deck! They were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. When I needed to reschedule, they were understanding and made the whole process hassle free. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend them!

When doing a large contracting job, such as running 200 linear feet of new fencing on uneven ground, there are going to be issues. What makes a five-star company to me is not that they can get the job done without any issues, that would be unreasonable, but how they handle the issues that come up. We had some issues with our initial fence installation, particularly with the gate alignment and drainage, but I was very impressed with how Peter handled the situation once it was escalated to him. He came out personally, acknowledged the problems, made sure the gate was corrected, upgraded the hardware with spring-loaded hinges, and addressed the drainage issue properly rather than just putting a band-aid on it. The finished repair is a night-and-day improvement. The gate now closes smoothly and safely, and the water drains away instead of pooling at the entrance. Mistakes can happen on a project this size; what matters to me is how a company responds when they do. Peter took ownership of the situation and made sure it was resolved correctly. That went a long way toward restoring my confidence in Revamp and being able to recommend them for your fencing needs.

For the coverage of space for the fence is what I expected. Meaning the fence will serve the purpose, privacy. And a space for gatherings without prying eyes.

I purchased a very small fencing unit that would divide the front of my property from my neighbor's. The workmen were excellent. My only complaint is the support beams do not match the deck. Looking at the deck from the yard the support beams take away from the beauty of the deck . When I was shown pictures of decks your company did I was never shown this. This is something your company can improve on.

The guys showed up a little late but honestly they knocked it out of the park with this install! Tore down a partial old fence, installed the new fence and were gone before 6pm. We had a slight communication error with the height for part of our fence/gate but they custom cut it for us right then and there and it turned out amazing!

From my initial experience with Scot Goodell through the installation I was impressed with the level of communication and thoroughness of everyone involved. My yard is tricky, lots of stones and concrete got buried there long before I bought the property. They worked really hard and did a terrific job. It took a day and a half but NOT their fault. They got it right a I really appreciate it. The ones who really appreciate it are my dogs who now get to join me when I am doing things outside. It’s definitely not the cheapest option. But the quality of the fence and the lifetime guarantee makes it worth the cost. With that in mind I consider the price to be reasonable. So KUDOS to all and I would highly recommend.

My deck build from start to finish was a great experience. From the Sales people who came out, Chris who helped with our plan, Dana who kept us updated on the schedule and Brian and Jorge who completed the build with exceptional attention to detail...all were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. Dana's communication is the best I have ever received from a company. The builders Brian and Jorge worked hard to give us our dream deck despite temperatures in the high 90's. Highly recommend them for your deck project!! We are going to be installing the taking only because they do not carry white cable railings(they do have black) I’m sure they would have done a great job with these if they had done them.

My wife and I love the new maintenance free fencing. Matt was our customer reperseative from revamp, which Matt was very helpful in explaining the fencing, it's composition, as well as the various colors we had to choose from. The pricing for the fence and installition was very affordable. The installers, Gavin, Shawn, and Dom were very experianced in their profession. As soon as they arrived at my home they hit the ground running, I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of their work. They answered any and all questions my wife and I had. The started at 0830 tearing down the old wooden fence and had the new fence up and ready to go by 1630. Once the had completed the project all scrap fencing was hauled away and the mess was completely cleaned up.. My wife and I are very happy and excited about our new fence. It took a while for my raised deck project to get through the village approval process and weather delays but once it was started it went smoothly. Revamp took out my old raised deck and replaced it and my front stairway railing. It was no small task but came out looking exactly as I had planned. The two workers took no shortcuts and made sure the fit and finish were spot on as well as giving care and maintenance instructions. 5+ days after they started I was fully satisfied with the results.

Chad arrived at scheduled time for the appointment for an estimate for a new deck. He was very personable and professional in explaining the options available. We are looking forward to the start and completion of our new deck so we can enjoy it. Huge delay getting the permit approved, which was not the company's fault. After receiving the approval email, we received an email stating that the deck would be started on 8/12, weather permitting. No one was here on 8/12, and we were not notified that the start date had been changed. On 8/13, an email was sent and a phone call to office inquiring about the delay. I spoke with someone who indicated a text had been sent to my husband's phone at 10:40 indicating the start had been delayed; that the crew was finishing up another job that had been delayed due to weather earlier in the week but that they would start that afternoon. Once started, the process was quick and efficient. Some days there were 3 here working on the deck; one day there were 5. Everyone seemed to know what to do at all times. I saw no one standing around watching others work. Highly recommend Revamp. Dave and Chris Bennett

We recently decided to have our deck redone by Revamp. After talking with 5 different deck companies, we picked Revamp over the others. The salesman, Matt, was great to work with, explained the differences in what Revamp offered, and, to top it off, provided everything we were looking for at the best price. We have every reason to believe that the work on our deck will go as well as the sales process did.

The ReVamp Company installed a deck at my house and I am very pleased with the end result. The crew that installed the deck did a great job. They were very polite, very respectful, very punctual, and they worked very hard. They took pride in their work and did it carefully. The product itself looks very good, but it is a very expensive process. The initial salesman that I dealt with turned out to be pretty shady. He was definitely more interested in making a sale than being able to follow through with what he said he could deliver. The company contacted me and worked very hard to make that situation right. I am satisfied that they made up for the salesman’s questionable ethics. The deck looks great. I would give this company a positive recommendation. But, I would add a caveat that you should be very careful in questioning what the salesman say.

We've been looking for someone to replace our old deck and looked at a variety of companies. Lot of good ones in the area and reviewing several of them we chose ReVamp. We Interviewed the ReVamp agent. He was prompt and down to business, listened to us, measured everything, prepared a decent sketch, presented us with so many options to pick from. My wife and I have used some of these products in our jobs in the past and have some knowledge of them to help us with our choices. We finally settled with their new decking and went from there. The agent never pressured us and we feel very comfortable with our choices for our new deck.

Revamp fence did amazing job on our broken fence due to bad weather. They came the next day as I explained that it was a saftry issue and we need to get this fixed asap. I highly recommend them.

Service was good

I am pleased with the finished product. They did a really nice job overall and I think it looks really nice. The onsite manager, Dylan, was very receptive to my questions and explained things to my satisfaction. He even noticed something in my original design that he thought he could improve upon and I’m glad he suggested it. Dylan and his crew also worked with me to cut down a bush that was at the corner of the old deck and hauled it away during demolition. There was not great communication about this as the measurements guy told me the bush could be taken away no problem. But this was never communicated to the demo crew or Brad and when I spoke with Brad about it he didn’t tell the demo crew either. I was not super thrilled with some of the things that were left at the end of the project. Someone left a half full water bottle, a lawn decoration had been displaced and it was left not put back, and also two pretty big stones that had to be moved during the project were just left on my lawn without any communication to me about them. I wish they would have asked me where I wanted them. Communication with the company was difficult once they had the deposit and the permit obtained. An automated email told me that someone would be in touch with me soon and I waited and waited and waited. I had to reach back out and it took various phone calls and emails in order for someone to tell me when my project was scheduled for. When I tried to confirm things it again was difficult. I did become connected with Brad but was never sure what his role was or how he was connected to the project. But he was at least someone I could contact with questions or concerns. Lastly, no one has contacted me following the completion to ask if I was satisfied or if I had questions. I got a text asking about the final payment format and then a request to fill out a survey. I did ask if I needed to be there on the final day of construction and was told I could if I wanted but it was not necessary. Bottom line: I’ll enjoy the deck for a long time to come and it really improved the appearance of my house. The workmanship appears solid and given some complications going on (recent tornado in the area) the deck was done quickly. But the company has to do better with communication.

Very pleased with my initial meeting and the quality of the workmanship. Can't wait to get my new fence! My new fence looks beautiful. I was very impressed by how quickly it was installed. It was late and we had to wait an additional day to get it finished. We have dogs so that was a bit inconvenient. It was also a bit concerning that the fence was not low enough to keep my small dogs from trying to escape. I would have liked a bit more communication from the installers asking about preferences or other concerns however they were working by the information they had been given by the people who surveyed the job. So I can't fault them for following their directions. I would like to suggest that the organization make sure that the installers check with the owners that it is going as they expect. Also that they check with the owners if they are doing something a little more unusual than normal. All in all it is a beautiful job and I am pleased with the final product.

Permit process and scheduling needs to step up their communication game; there was a lot of miscommunication there, but overall pleased with everything and happy our small dogs can finally roam in the fenced in back yard.

About mid-May we set up an appointment for Chad to stop by and assess our current wood deck and give us an estimate on a new composite deck. He explained everything in great detail and in terms we could clearly understand, and was in no way a high pressure “salesman.” With his help we signed a contract and qualified for 5-year no interest financing. Understand we are not young people so this was a big step for us and for someone to put us at ease with this size investment is pretty remarkable. About a week later Dan came out to remeasure and get exact material needs and to be sure we didn’t have any changes to make. Both Chad and Dan were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of obtaining any permits required as well as having diggers hotline come out. We got on their schedule and construction started July 16. The crew was exceptional!! They were highly qualified, friendly, and again highly professional. They made us feel at ease asking any questions we had. There were a few hiccups along the way, such as uncooperative weather and an unforeseen issue with adding an additional support beam to be sure the deck is up to code in all ways necessary, which is top-of-the-list important when it comes to the inspector showing up down the road. Took about a week to complete but we are SO very happy with ReVamp, which is why I’m writing this review. And for us, the most impressive thing in the whole process was the line of communication. It was EXCEPTIONAL, which is not something we can say about every contractor we have worked with. So thank you ReVamp!!!!

We haven't had the work done yet, but the presentation was great, open, honest and fair. We just signed on today 07/24/26. We had other deck companies come over, review our property and give us an outrageous quote. We had one that just came out, did the measurements and send us a ridiculous quote. We also had another one that said he'd do it, but didn't come out! Vince gave us all the options we can do and which option fit our budget for right now. We financed with the best available price. Obviously, if you put down a bigger deposit, the savings would be better. We all know money is tight, but this deal has been the best we've received! He presented us with an option we never even considered or were offered by anyone else. That was what helped us save more money! He said instead of a whole new build out, you may save by just resurfacing what you have. Let me tell you...my husband and I looked at each other like, "Ohhhh!" Vince did not pressure you into anything or twist your arm. He has a great sense of humor and is very personable. He stayed longer than 1.5hrs because it was such a great visit. If your looking for a great presentation and great customer service, go to this company. I found them on FB...I said the word out loud, "decking" and was flooded with ads. I contacted two and we went with this company. Go ahead, try them, hear them out and see what Vince can do to help you make the best decision for your situation! Ill follow up when the project is done!!!

My vinyl privacy fence was installed this morning and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. The crew of Nolan, Nolan and Hunter did an amazing job and it was evident that they were pros at what they do, and they were also very courteous. I took pictures during the process and was amazed at how it all came together. In less than 3 hrs. my beautiful fence was up. I highly reccomend Revamp. The price was reasonable and the crew cleaned up every bit of debri upon leaving. The lifetime warranty is great too.

We recently had our fence installed by ReVamp Fencing, and overall we had a great experience. After the installation, I noticed a small separation in one section of the fence, and I also realized I wasn’t sure how to properly lock and unlock the gate because it uses a different type of latch than I was familiar with. We could not be happier with our fence and the installation. We chose them for their selection and quality. We needed a 12’ gate that would hold up. Also, no one else had shown us the fence with the metal bars at the top. The workers were extremely responsive to our special requests to fill gaps where our pets might have been able to go through. Then proceeded to take measurements, went over in detail about the company, and product material and the reasons there product was better than others with detailed pictures.
